Ele \u00e9 o respons\u00e1vel por toda a parte operacional e documental relacionada ao embarque da carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O Que \u00c9 o \u201cLoading Port Agent\u201d?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O &#8220;Loading Port Agent&#8221; \u00e9 o agente local do armador no porto de embarque. Ele atua como o ponto de contato entre o exportador (ou seu agente de cargas) e o navio. As principais fun\u00e7\u00f5es do agente no porto de embarque s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Emiss\u00e3o do BL (Bill of Lading):<\/strong> O agente de cargas \u00e9 o respons\u00e1vel por receber as instru\u00e7\u00f5es de embarque e emitir o Conhecimento de Embarque (Bill of Lading &#8211; BL). O BL, portanto, comprova o recebimento da carga para o transporte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Embarque:<\/strong> O agente no porto de embarque coordena a estivagem da carga no navio, as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de manuseio no terminal e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com a tripula\u00e7\u00e3o do navio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Rastreamento:<\/strong> O agente no porto de embarque mant\u00e9m a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com o exportador e o agente de cargas. Desse modo, ele fornece informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o status da carga. Ele tamb\u00e9m atualiza a data de partida estimada (ETD &#8211; <em>Estimated Time of Departure<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Armador:<\/strong> Ele representa a companhia de navega\u00e7\u00e3o (armador) em todos os assuntos no porto, incluindo a gest\u00e3o de documentos e as intera\u00e7\u00f5es com as autoridades portu\u00e1rias e aduaneiras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Ele Aparece no BL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O \u201cLoading Port Agent\u201d \u00e9 um dado essencial no Conhecimento de Embarque Mar\u00edtimo (BL). Ele aparece, por sua vez, como uma informa\u00e7\u00e3o de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, confirmando a validade do documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onde Encontrar a Informa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No BL, o agente de cargas \u00e9 identificado nos seguintes campos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&#8220;Agent for the Carrier&#8221; (Agente do Transportador):<\/strong> Em geral, um campo na parte inferior do BL indica o nome do agente que emitiu o documento em nome da companhia de navega\u00e7\u00e3o (armador).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Issued At&#8221; e &#8220;Place of Issue&#8221;:<\/strong> O BL \u00e9 emitido no local de despacho do agente de cargas. O agente de cargas, por sua vez, \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por emitir o BL, e o &#8220;Issued At&#8221; \u00e9 a cidade onde ele opera.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em suma, o agente no porto de embarque \u00e9 o contato local do armador. Ele \u00e9 o respons\u00e1vel por toda a parte operacional. Al\u00e9m disso, ele \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por toda a parte documental relacionada ao embarque da carga.
