Ele se aplica a remessas internacionais de at\u00e9 <strong>US$ 3.000,00<\/strong> (tr\u00eas mil d\u00f3lares americanos) e \u00e9 uma alternativa \u00e0 importa\u00e7\u00e3o formal, que exige procedimentos mais complexos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Funciona o Processo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A importa\u00e7\u00e3o simplificada \u00e9, a princ\u00edpio, gerenciada por empresas de transporte internacional, como os <strong>Correios<\/strong> (remessa postal) ou empresas de <strong>courier<\/strong> (remessa expressa, como DHL, FedEx, UPS). As principais etapas do processo s\u00e3o as seguintes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Envio da Mercadoria e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Primeiramente, o vendedor no exterior envia o produto ao Brasil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ao chegar ao pa\u00eds, a remessa passa pela fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O sistema da RFB verifica, por sua vez, se a remessa se enquadra nos crit\u00e9rios do RTS, como o valor limite e o tipo de produto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o Simplificada (Regime de Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o Simplificada &#8211; RTS)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tributa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o ponto central do RTS. As regras atuais s\u00e3o as do <strong>Programa Remessa Conforme<\/strong>, que trouxe mudan\u00e7as significativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Para compras em sites certificados pelo Remessa Conforme:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>At\u00e9 US$ 50,00:<\/strong> O Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (II) \u00e9 de 20%. O ICMS (Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os) \u00e9 de 17%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entre US$ 50,01 e US$ 3.000,00:<\/strong> O II \u00e9 de 60%, mas com um desconto fixo de US$ 20. O ICMS \u00e9 de 17%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Para compras em sites n\u00e3o certificados:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>At\u00e9 US$ 3.000,00:<\/strong> O II \u00e9 de 60%. O ICMS \u00e9 de 17%. Desse modo, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 desconto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pagamento e Libera\u00e7\u00e3o da Mercadoria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nas compras feitas em sites certificados, os impostos s\u00e3o cobrados e pagos no ato da compra. Isso, por sua vez, garante um desembara\u00e7o aduaneiro mais r\u00e1pido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para as demais remessas, os impostos s\u00e3o pagos na chegada ao Brasil, seja pelo site dos Correios ou da empresa de courier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
