Isso inclui a descri\u00e7\u00e3o do produto, a NCM, a quantidade, o pre\u00e7o e o Incoterm negociado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cl\u00e1usulas:<\/strong> Inclua a data de validade da oferta e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de pagamento (ex: 30% adiantado, 70% na entrega).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Idioma:<\/strong> Emita a Proforma Invoice em ingl\u00eas para evitar mal-entendidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Import\u00e2ncia:<\/strong> A Proforma Invoice serve como base para a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.
