Com o novo processo de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (NPE), o registro e o acompanhamento s\u00e3o feitos atrav\u00e9s da <strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (DU-E)<\/strong>, que \u00e9 um documento eletr\u00f4nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passo 1: Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e acesso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de mais nada, sua empresa deve ser habilitada no <strong>RADAR (Registro e Rastreamento da Atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos Intervenientes Aduaneiros)<\/strong>, que \u00e9 a permiss\u00e3o para operar no com\u00e9rcio exterior. Esse processo \u00e9 feito atrav\u00e9s do <strong>Portal \u00danico Siscomex<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Certificado Digital:<\/strong> O acesso ao sistema \u00e9 feito com um <strong>certificado digital e-CNPJ<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o no RADAR:<\/strong> A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita no <strong>Portal Habilita<\/strong>, dentro do ambiente e-CAC da Receita Federal. O processo varia de acordo com o tipo de empresa e o volume de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo o <strong>RADAR Express<\/strong> o mais comum para iniciantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passo 2: Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da DU-E<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (DU-E)<\/strong> \u00e9 o principal documento que substitui os antigos Registro de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (RE) e Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (DE). Ela \u00e9 o documento eletr\u00f4nico que consolida todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais, aduaneiras, comerciais e log\u00edsticas da sua exporta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Portal \u00danico Siscomex:<\/strong> O registro da DU-E \u00e9 feito no <strong>M\u00f3dulo de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> do Portal \u00danico Siscomex.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emiss\u00e3o da Nota Fiscal de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (NF-e):<\/strong> A NF-e \u00e9 o documento base para a DU-E. Os dados da NF-e (como a chave de acesso) s\u00e3o utilizados para preencher automaticamente boa parte da DU-E.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Adicionais:<\/strong> Voc\u00ea deve complementar a DU-E com informa\u00e7\u00f5es log\u00edsticas (peso, Incoterm, transportadora) e, se necess\u00e1rio, anexar outros documentos como licen\u00e7as e certificados (<strong>LPCO<\/strong> &#8211; Licen\u00e7as, Permiss\u00f5es, Certificados e Outros Documentos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passo 3: Acompanhamento e Desembara\u00e7o Aduaneiro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o registro, a DU-E \u00e9 analisada pela Receita Federal, que define o canal de confer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Canais de Confer\u00eancia:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Canal Verde:<\/strong> Libera\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica. O embarque \u00e9 autorizado sem necessidade de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o documental ou f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Canal Laranja:<\/strong> Ocorre a confer\u00eancia documental. O exportador deve anexar os documentos de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (Fatura Comercial, Packing List, etc.) para an\u00e1lise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Canal Vermelho:<\/strong> Ocorre a confer\u00eancia documental e a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica da mercadoria. A carga \u00e9 inspecionada pela fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acompanhamento:<\/strong> Voc\u00ea pode acompanhar o status da DU-E atrav\u00e9s do pr\u00f3prio Portal \u00danico Siscomex. Al\u00e9m disso, a transportadora e o despachante aduaneiro podem fornecer atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passo 4: Averba\u00e7\u00e3o e Fechamento do C\u00e2mbio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A etapa final do processo \u00e9 a averba\u00e7\u00e3o da exporta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fechamento do C\u00e2mbio:<\/strong> Com a DU-E averbada, sua empresa pode apresentar a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o ao banco para fechar o c\u00e2mbio e receber o valor da exporta\u00e7\u00e3o na moeda brasileira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Averba\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> A averba\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de que a mercadoria foi embarcada.
