Afinal, a exporta\u00e7\u00e3o se destina a empresas. No entanto, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel, em alguns casos, exportar como pessoa f\u00edsica no Brasil, mas com limita\u00e7\u00f5es e regras espec\u00edficas. A seguir, apresentamos um guia para quem deseja come\u00e7ar a exportar sem ter uma empresa aberta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Entenda as modalidades de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o para pessoa f\u00edsica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB) permite que pessoas f\u00edsicas realizem exporta\u00e7\u00f5es, mas a opera\u00e7\u00e3o deve se enquadrar em finalidades espec\u00edficas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fins n\u00e3o comerciais:<\/strong> A exporta\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser para fins de uso ou consumo pessoal, para envio de presentes, ou para fins de doa\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o pode ter fins comerciais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amostras:<\/strong> A exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras sem valor comercial \u00e9 permitida, mas com limites de valor e peso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Venda para o exterior:<\/strong> A venda de produtos para o exterior, mesmo em pequena quantidade, \u00e9 considerada uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o comercial. Por isso, a Receita Federal exige que a pessoa tenha uma empresa e emita uma nota fiscal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Exporta F\u00e1cil dos Correios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>Exporta F\u00e1cil<\/strong> \u00e9 o servi\u00e7o dos Correios que simplifica o processo de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o. Ele, por sua vez, \u00e9 a melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o para pequenas empresas ou para quem est\u00e1 come\u00e7ando. A seguir, explicamos como ele funciona para pessoa f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a) Limite de valor e peso<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>O Exporta F\u00e1cil tem um limite de <strong>US$ 50 mil<\/strong> por opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Contudo, para pessoa f\u00edsica, a exporta\u00e7\u00e3o tem um limite de peso de 30 kg, e a opera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o deve ter fins comerciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b) Documentos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Para usar o Exporta F\u00e1cil, voc\u00ea deve apresentar os seguintes documentos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fatura Comercial (Commercial Invoice):<\/strong> Este documento detalha a mercadoria, o valor, a quantidade e o Incoterm. Al\u00e9m disso, a Fatura Comercial deve ser assinada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Romaneio de Carga (Packing List):<\/strong> A Packing List \u00e9 o detalhamento do conte\u00fado de cada volume.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conhecimento de Embarque (CP72\/AWB):<\/strong> Os Correios emitem o conhecimento de embarque para voc\u00ea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c) Desembara\u00e7o aduaneiro<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>O Exporta F\u00e1cil simplifica o desembara\u00e7o aduaneiro. Al\u00e9m disso, os Correios cuidam de toda a burocracia para voc\u00ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o como MEI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>MEI<\/strong> (Microempreendedor Individual) \u00e9 uma forma de exportar legalmente. O MEI \u00e9 uma pessoa jur\u00eddica e, por isso, pode realizar opera\u00e7\u00f5es de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota fiscal:<\/strong> O MEI deve emitir uma <strong>Nota Fiscal de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (NF-e)<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, o seu processo exige o registro da <strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (DU-E)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> O MEI deve estar habilitado no <strong>RADAR SISCOMEX<\/strong> na modalidade Expressa. Desse modo, o MEI pode exportar sem limite de valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Faturamento:<\/strong> O valor das exporta\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 parte do c\u00e1lculo do faturamento anual do MEI.
