Ele foi criado para facilitar o processo, eliminando grande parte da burocracia da importa\u00e7\u00e3o formal. Al\u00e9m disso, o Importa F\u00e1cil \u00e9 uma \u00f3tima op\u00e7\u00e3o para pessoas f\u00edsicas e pequenas empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Funciona o Importa F\u00e1cil?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Importa F\u00e1cil opera sob o <strong>Regime de Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o Simplificada (RTS)<\/strong>, que visa agilizar o desembara\u00e7o aduaneiro de remessas internacionais. O processo funciona da seguinte forma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Limites de Valor e Peso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Limite de Valor:<\/strong> O valor aduaneiro (produto + frete + seguro) da remessa n\u00e3o pode ultrapassar <strong>US$ 3.000,00<\/strong> para pessoas jur\u00eddicas. Para pessoas f\u00edsicas, o limite \u00e9 o mesmo. No entanto, para remessas de pessoa f\u00edsica para pessoa f\u00edsica com valor aduaneiro acima de US$ 50,00, a al\u00edquota \u00e9 de 60%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limite de Peso:<\/strong> O peso m\u00e1ximo da remessa \u00e9 de <strong>30kg<\/strong>. As dimens\u00f5es da embalagem tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam restri\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o no Radar Siscomex<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No caso de importa\u00e7\u00f5es por meio do Importa F\u00e1cil, a habilita\u00e7\u00e3o no Radar Siscomex <strong>n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria<\/strong>. Os Correios, por sua vez, atuam como o representante legal do importador na alf\u00e2ndega. Eles registram a <strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Simplificada de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DSI)<\/strong> em nome do importador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As remessas importadas pelo Importa F\u00e1cil est\u00e3o sujeitas a impostos. As regras de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o mudaram com o <strong>Programa Remessa Conforme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Em sites certificados pelo Remessa Conforme:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>At\u00e9 US$ 50:<\/strong> O Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (II) \u00e9 de <strong>20%<\/strong> sobre o valor aduaneiro, e o ICMS \u00e9 de <strong>17%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acima de US$ 50:<\/strong> O II \u00e9 de <strong>60%<\/strong>, com um desconto de US$ 20. O ICMS tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 de <strong>17%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Em sites n\u00e3o certificados:<\/strong> A al\u00edquota do Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de <strong>60%<\/strong> para qualquer valor. Al\u00e9m disso, o ICMS \u00e9 de <strong>17%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pagamento e Libera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O pagamento dos impostos \u00e9, em geral, realizado online. Ap\u00f3s a libera\u00e7\u00e3o da mercadoria, os Correios a enviam para o endere\u00e7o do importador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Tipos de produtos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A modalidade Importa F\u00e1cil n\u00e3o \u00e9 v\u00e1lida para todos os produtos.
