Com uma planilha bem estruturada, voc\u00ea consegue calcular o <strong>&#8220;landed cost&#8221;<\/strong> (custo total da mercadoria at\u00e9 ela chegar ao seu armaz\u00e9m), evitando surpresas e preju\u00edzos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A seguir, apresentamos um guia simples para que voc\u00ea possa criar uma planilha no Excel, Google Sheets ou qualquer outra ferramenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Mapeie todos os custos da importa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O custo de importa\u00e7\u00e3o se divide em quatro categorias. Para uma planilha simples, voc\u00ea deve mapear todos eles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a) Custo do produto<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Valor da mercadoria:<\/strong> \u00c9 o pre\u00e7o que voc\u00ea paga ao fornecedor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frete internacional:<\/strong> O custo de transporte da mercadoria (mar\u00edtimo, a\u00e9reo ou courier).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seguro:<\/strong> O valor para proteger sua carga de avarias e roubos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>C\u00e2mbio:<\/strong> A taxa de convers\u00e3o da moeda (por exemplo, d\u00f3lar) para reais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b) Impostos e taxas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os impostos s\u00e3o a parte mais complexa da importa\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, \u00e9 crucial que voc\u00ea os calcule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (II):<\/strong> A al\u00edquota do II varia conforme a <strong>NCM<\/strong> (Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul) do produto. Voc\u00ea pode usar uma m\u00e9dia de 14% para uma simula\u00e7\u00e3o inicial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IPI, PIS\/COFINS:<\/strong> Esses impostos incidem sobre o valor aduaneiro. Por isso, voc\u00ea pode usar uma m\u00e9dia de 25% para os tr\u00eas para uma simula\u00e7\u00e3o inicial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICMS:<\/strong> O ICMS \u00e9 um imposto estadual. A sua al\u00edquota varia por estado. Voc\u00ea pode usar uma m\u00e9dia de 18% para uma simula\u00e7\u00e3o inicial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taxa Siscomex:<\/strong> Uma taxa de cerca de R$ 250,00 por declara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c) Despesas operacionais<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Despachante aduaneiro:<\/strong> Os honor\u00e1rios deste profissional. Voc\u00ea pode estimar um valor fixo por opera\u00e7\u00e3o ou um valor por porcentagem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frete interno:<\/strong> O custo de transporte da mercadoria do porto at\u00e9 a sua empresa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taxas portu\u00e1rias:<\/strong> Custos de manuseio no porto, que podem variar de R$ 500 a R$ 1.500 por cont\u00eainer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Passo a passo para montar sua planilha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es em m\u00e3os, voc\u00ea pode montar a sua planilha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Crie as colunas:<\/strong> Crie colunas para o <strong>valor original<\/strong> (em d\u00f3lares), para o <strong>c\u00e2mbio<\/strong> e para o <strong>valor em reais<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Liste os custos:<\/strong> Em seguida, liste todos os custos mapeados acima, do mais simples ao mais complexo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calcule o Valor Aduaneiro:<\/strong> O <strong>Valor Aduaneiro<\/strong> (VA) \u00e9 a soma do custo do produto, do frete e do seguro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calcule os impostos:<\/strong> Para um c\u00e1lculo simples, some os valores dos impostos e os aplique sobre o Valor Aduaneiro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Some os custos operacionais:<\/strong> Por fim, some todos os custos para obter o valor total.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
