Desse modo, ela permite a sua livre circula\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o no territ\u00f3rio nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O Que \u00c9 a Nota Fiscal de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Nota Fiscal de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma <strong>NF-e (Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica)<\/strong> espec\u00edfica para as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de entrada de mercadorias estrangeiras no pa\u00eds. Diferentemente da Fatura Comercial, que \u00e9 emitida pelo exportador, a Nota Fiscal de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 emitida pelo pr\u00f3prio <strong>importador brasileiro<\/strong> ap\u00f3s o desembara\u00e7o aduaneiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A seguir, listamos os elementos essenciais e os cuidados que voc\u00ea deve ter ao emitir a nota fiscal de importa\u00e7\u00e3o corretamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Re\u00fana a Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o Necess\u00e1ria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O seu sistema emissor de NF-e precisa ter a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o completa da importa\u00e7\u00e3o para que voc\u00ea possa emitir a nota fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Extrato da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI) ou DUIMP:<\/strong> Este \u00e9 o documento principal. Ele cont\u00e9m todos os dados da sua importa\u00e7\u00e3o, como a NCM, os valores e os impostos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comprovante de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (CI):<\/strong> Um documento eletr\u00f4nico que comprova o desembara\u00e7o da mercadoria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guia e comprovante de pagamento de ICMS:<\/strong> O comprovante de pagamento do imposto estadual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fatura Comercial (Commercial Invoice):<\/strong> O comprovante da venda internacional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conhecimento de Embarque (BL\/AWB):<\/strong> O documento de transporte que comprova o embarque da mercadoria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Preencha os Campos da Nota Fiscal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A emiss\u00e3o da nota fiscal de importa\u00e7\u00e3o exige aten\u00e7\u00e3o, pois os dados devem ser consistentes com a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI) ou a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DUIMP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dados do Remetente (Exportador):<\/strong> A sua empresa deve inserir os dados do fornecedor estrangeiro no campo de remetente. O campo &#8220;UF&#8221; deve ser preenchido com &#8220;EX&#8221; (Exterior). Al\u00e9m disso, o campo &#8220;CNPJ&#8221; pode ficar em branco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Natureza da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o (CFOP):<\/strong> O C\u00f3digo Fiscal de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es e Presta\u00e7\u00f5es (CFOP) deve iniciar com o d\u00edgito &#8220;3&#8221;, que \u00e9 o c\u00f3digo para as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de importa\u00e7\u00e3o. Por exemplo, &#8220;3.101&#8221; para compra de mat\u00e9ria-prima para industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o, &#8220;3.102&#8221; para compra para comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, ou &#8220;3.551&#8221; para compra de bens para o ativo imobilizado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dados da Importa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> A nota fiscal deve conter todos os dados da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI) ou DUIMP. Isso, por sua vez, inclui o n\u00famero da DI\/DUIMP, a data de registro e a via de transporte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Detalhamento dos Produtos:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Descri\u00e7\u00e3o do Produto:<\/strong> A descri\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser id\u00eantica \u00e0 da DI\/DUIMP e \u00e0 da Fatura Comercial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NCM:<\/strong> O c\u00f3digo <strong>NCM<\/strong> deve ser o mesmo que o da DI\/DUIMP. Um erro na NCM pode gerar multas e atrasos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valores:<\/strong> Todos os valores, incluindo o valor unit\u00e1rio e o valor total, devem ser informados em <strong>Reais (R$)<\/strong> e devem ser os mesmos que os da DI\/DUIMP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o e Impostos:<\/strong> A nota fiscal deve discriminar os impostos recolhidos na importa\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso, por sua vez, inclui o Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (II), o IPI, o PIS\/COFINS e o ICMS, com o valor de cada um. Al\u00e9m disso, ela deve conter os c\u00f3digos de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Consist\u00eancia e Auditoria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>consist\u00eancia<\/strong> \u00e9 a chave para o sucesso. A Receita Federal fiscaliza a consist\u00eancia entre todos os documentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dados Id\u00eanticos:<\/strong> Os dados da nota fiscal de importa\u00e7\u00e3o, a Fatura Comercial, o Conhecimento de Embarque e a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI\/DUIMP) devem ser id\u00eanticos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rateio de Custos:<\/strong> A Receita Federal exige que os custos de frete, seguro e despesas aduaneiras sejam rateados por item.
