Ela foi criada para substituir a tradicional <strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI)<\/strong> e, por sua vez, unificar a burocracia aduaneira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. O Que \u00c9 a DUIMP?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>DUIMP<\/strong> \u00e9, em suma, um documento digital. Contudo, ela re\u00fane em um s\u00f3 lugar todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es de natureza aduaneira, administrativa, comercial, financeira, tribut\u00e1ria, fiscal e log\u00edstica de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de importa\u00e7\u00e3o. A DUIMP \u00e9 parte do <strong>Novo Processo de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (NPI)<\/strong>, uma das maiores iniciativas de moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do com\u00e9rcio exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o visa a otimizar o processo de importa\u00e7\u00e3o. Por isso, ela substitui a DI e outros documentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Como a DUIMP substitui a DI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A DUIMP \u00e9 uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da DI. Por isso, ela integra e automatiza processos que, antes, eram fragmentados. Al\u00e9m disso, ela centraliza as informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Registro \u00fanico:<\/strong> Com a DUIMP, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o inseridas em um s\u00f3 local. Al\u00e9m disso, os dados s\u00e3o compartilhados com a Receita Federal e com os \u00f3rg\u00e3os anuentes. Por outro lado, a DI exigia que a sua empresa inserisse os dados em diferentes sistemas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Processamento antecipado:<\/strong> Com a DUIMP, a sua empresa pode registrar a declara\u00e7\u00e3o antes mesmo de a carga chegar no Brasil. Por isso, a an\u00e1lise e a parametriza\u00e7\u00e3o podem ocorrer enquanto a mercadoria est\u00e1 em tr\u00e2nsito. A DI, em geral, s\u00f3 podia ser registrada ap\u00f3s a chegada da carga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Atua\u00e7\u00e3o simult\u00e2nea:<\/strong> Com a DUIMP, a Receita Federal e os \u00f3rg\u00e3os anuentes podem analisar a declara\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo tempo. A DI, por sua vez, exigia uma an\u00e1lise sequencial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>LPCO:<\/strong> A DUIMP integra o Licenciamento de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o no m\u00f3dulo <strong>LPCO (Licen\u00e7as, Permiss\u00f5es, Certificados e Outros Documentos)<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, a sua empresa pode obter uma licen\u00e7a para m\u00faltiplos embarques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cat\u00e1logo de produtos:<\/strong> A DUIMP se baseia no <strong>Cat\u00e1logo de Produtos<\/strong>. Nele, voc\u00ea pode cadastrar e padronizar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es da sua mercadoria. Al\u00e9m disso, isso reduz a redigita\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e minimiza erros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em suma, a DUIMP simplifica a sua importa\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, ela a torna mais \u00e1gil, transparente e eficiente.
