Errar nessa conta pode gerar preju\u00edzos e problemas com a Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que \u00e9 o Valor Aduaneiro?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>Valor Aduaneiro (VA)<\/strong> \u00e9 a base sobre a qual a Receita Federal calcula o Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (II) e outros tributos. Ele \u00e9 definido pelas regras do <strong>Acordo de Valora\u00e7\u00e3o Aduaneira (AVA)<\/strong> da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial do Com\u00e9rcio (OMC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o, em suma, reflete o custo real da mercadoria at\u00e9 ela chegar ao Brasil. Por isso, ele \u00e9 mais do que o pre\u00e7o do produto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Componentes do Valor Aduaneiro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A composi\u00e7\u00e3o do Valor Aduaneiro \u00e9 a soma de todos os custos e despesas para a sua mercadoria. Para um c\u00e1lculo completo, voc\u00ea deve considerar os seguintes componentes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pre\u00e7o da mercadoria:<\/strong> O pre\u00e7o do produto que voc\u00ea paga ao fornecedor estrangeiro. Geralmente, este valor est\u00e1 na <strong>Fatura Comercial (Invoice)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frete internacional:<\/strong> O custo do transporte da mercadoria da origem at\u00e9 o porto ou aeroporto de destino no Brasil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seguro internacional:<\/strong> O valor do pr\u00eamio do seguro para proteger sua carga durante o transporte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outros custos:<\/strong> As despesas de carga, descarga e manuseio no exterior. Al\u00e9m disso, os custos de embalagem e de outros servi\u00e7os que o vendedor te cobrou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. A f\u00f3rmula do Valor Aduaneiro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A f\u00f3rmula para o c\u00e1lculo do Valor Aduaneiro \u00e9 a seguinte:$$Valor\\ Aduaneiro = \\text{Pre\u00e7o da Mercadoria} + \\text{Frete Internacional} + \\text{Seguro Internacional} + \\text{Outros Acr\\acute{e}scimos}$$<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 crucial converter todos os valores para reais (BRL), utilizando a taxa de c\u00e2mbio da data de registro da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI) ou da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DUIMP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
