Afinal, essa isen\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 autom\u00e1tica. O produto deve cumprir as <strong>Regras de Origem do Mercosul<\/strong>, e a sua empresa deve apresentar o <strong>Certificado de Origem<\/strong> para que o benef\u00edcio seja concedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Entenda as Regras de Origem do Mercosul (ROM)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As <strong>Regras de Origem do Mercosul (ROM)<\/strong> s\u00e3o a base para a isen\u00e7\u00e3o de tarifas. Elas determinam se um produto pode ser considerado &#8220;origin\u00e1rio&#8221; de um dos pa\u00edses-membros. O objetivo \u00e9, por sua vez, evitar que mercadorias de fora do bloco entrem sem impostos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de 18 de julho de 2024, as regras se tornaram mais flex\u00edveis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00cdndice de Conte\u00fado Regional:<\/strong> O percentual m\u00e1ximo de insumos importados de fora do Mercosul que um produto pode ter, em geral, aumentou de 40% para <strong>45%<\/strong>. Isso significa que, para ser considerado origin\u00e1rio, o produto deve ter pelo menos <strong>55%<\/strong> de conte\u00fado regional (produzido no Mercosul).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o Substancial:<\/strong> O produto deve ser totalmente obtido ou passar por um processo de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o substancial no Mercosul. A transforma\u00e7\u00e3o, por sua vez, deve resultar em uma nova <strong>NCM<\/strong> (Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Emita o Certificado de Origem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>Certificado de Origem<\/strong> \u00e9 a prova de que seu produto cumpre as Regras de Origem do Mercosul. Sem ele, a Receita Federal do pa\u00eds importador n\u00e3o conceder\u00e1 a isen\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quem emite:<\/strong> Entidades habilitadas, como as Federa\u00e7\u00f5es das Ind\u00fastrias (FIESP, FIEG, etc.), Federa\u00e7\u00f5es de Com\u00e9rcio e Associa\u00e7\u00f5es Comerciais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Para emitir o certificado, voc\u00ea deve apresentar a <strong>Fatura Comercial<\/strong> e a <strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Juramentada de Origem<\/strong>, que detalha a produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certificado de Origem Digital (COD):<\/strong> O Brasil j\u00e1 troca o Certificado de Origem Digital (COD) com a Argentina, Uruguai, Col\u00f4mbia e Chile, o que agiliza o processo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. O processo de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A sua exporta\u00e7\u00e3o para um pa\u00eds do Mercosul deve seguir o processo formal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o no RADAR SISCOMEX:<\/strong> A sua empresa deve estar habilitada no <strong>RADAR SISCOMEX<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentos:<\/strong> A sua empresa deve ter a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o correta. Al\u00e9m disso, a sua empresa deve registrar a <strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (DU-E)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Benef\u00edcio fiscal:<\/strong> Na DU-E, voc\u00ea deve informar o Acordo Comercial e o Certificado de Origem. Isso, por sua vez, te d\u00e1 a isen\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o para o seu cliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pagamento:<\/strong> O ICMS ainda incide. Al\u00e9m disso, a sua empresa deve pagar outros impostos, como o IPI e o PIS\/Cofins, se aplic\u00e1vel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Em suma, exportar para pa\u00edses do Mercosul com isen\u00e7\u00e3o de tarifa \u00e9 uma estrat\u00e9gia poderosa. Contudo, o seu sucesso depende de um bom planejamento.
