O primeiro passo \u00e9 entender que a importa\u00e7\u00e3o comercial (com o objetivo de revenda) \u00e9 muito diferente da compra para uso pessoal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para importar legalmente, voc\u00ea precisa ter uma empresa habilitada, conhecer a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria e estar em dia com as suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A seguir, veja os passos essenciais para importar legalmente no Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o no RADAR Siscomex<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O primeiro e mais importante passo \u00e9 habilitar sua empresa no <strong>RADAR Siscomex<\/strong> (Registro e Rastreamento da Atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos Intervenientes Aduaneiros). O RADAR \u00e9 um sistema da Receita Federal que autoriza sua empresa a fazer opera\u00e7\u00f5es de com\u00e9rcio exterior. Sem essa habilita\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode registrar uma importa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existem tr\u00eas modalidades de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o, e a escolha da modalidade depender\u00e1 do volume das suas importa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>RADAR Expresso:<\/strong> Para empresas que importam at\u00e9 US$ 50.000 a cada 6 meses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RADAR Limitado:<\/strong> Para empresas que importam at\u00e9 US$ 150.000 a cada 6 meses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RADAR Ilimitado:<\/strong> Para empresas que importam valores superiores a US$ 150.000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O processo de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feito no Portal \u00danico do Com\u00e9rcio Exterior. Voc\u00ea deve apresentar uma s\u00e9rie de documentos da sua empresa, como o Contrato Social, as certid\u00f5es negativas de d\u00e9bito e o Imposto de Renda. Para as modalidades Limitada e Ilimitada, voc\u00ea precisa comprovar sua capacidade financeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o Essencial para Importar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A documenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a base da sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o e precisa estar impec\u00e1vel para evitar bloqueios na alf\u00e2ndega. Os documentos essenciais se dividem em dois grupos: os que o seu fornecedor emite e os que voc\u00ea precisa emitir no Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documentos Emitidos pelo Fornecedor:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fatura Comercial (<em>Commercial Invoice<\/em>):<\/strong> \u00c9 o documento fiscal que formaliza a venda. Nele, voc\u00ea tem que ter todos os dados do comprador e do vendedor, a descri\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada do produto, o valor unit\u00e1rio e total da mercadoria, a forma de pagamento e o Incoterm negociado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Packing List<\/em> (Romaneio de Carga):<\/strong> \u00c9 a lista detalhada de tudo o que est\u00e1 sendo transportado. Ele cont\u00e9m a quantidade de volumes, o peso (l\u00edquido e bruto) e as dimens\u00f5es da carga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conhecimento de Embarque (<em>Bill of Lading<\/em> ou <em>Air Waybill<\/em>):<\/strong> \u00c9 o contrato de transporte. Ele comprova que a mercadoria est\u00e1 em posse da transportadora e que ela se compromete a entreg\u00e1-la no destino.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documentos Emitidos no Brasil:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Licen\u00e7a de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (LI):<\/strong> \u00c9 uma autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do governo para importar um determinado produto. Nem todas as mercadorias precisam de LI, mas ela \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria para produtos que t\u00eam a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3rg\u00e3os como a <strong>ANVISA<\/strong> (alimentos, cosm\u00e9ticos) ou o <strong>INMETRO<\/strong> (eletr\u00f4nicos, brinquedos). A LI deve ser emitida no Siscomex antes do embarque da mercadoria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI) ou Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DUIMP):<\/strong> \u00c9 o documento que voc\u00ea usa para o desembara\u00e7o aduaneiro. Nele, voc\u00ea informa todos os dados da importa\u00e7\u00e3o, que servem para a Receita Federal calcular os impostos devidos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conhecimento de Impostos e Tributos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Importar legalmente significa pagar os impostos corretamente. O c\u00e1lculo dos impostos \u00e9 complexo, mas voc\u00ea deve conhecer os principais tributos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (II):<\/strong> A al\u00edquota do II varia de acordo com a NCM do seu produto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados (IPI):<\/strong> Incide sobre o valor aduaneiro e o II.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PIS\/COFINS-Importa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es federais que incidem sobre o valor aduaneiro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICMS:<\/strong> Imposto estadual que incide sobre o valor total da sua importa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para garantir que todos os impostos est\u00e3o sendo calculados e pagos corretamente, a maioria das empresas contrata um <strong>despachante aduaneiro<\/strong>.
