Emitir essa nota fiscal corretamente \u00e9 um dos passos mais importantes para a sua empresa, pois a nota serve como base para o c\u00e1lculo de impostos, para o controle de estoque e para a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da legalidade da sua merca\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O preenchimento da nota fiscal de importa\u00e7\u00e3o tem algumas particularidades, e ela \u00e9 diferente de uma nota fiscal de compra no mercado interno. A principal diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 que o valor da nota fiscal deve incluir n\u00e3o apenas o pre\u00e7o do produto, mas tamb\u00e9m todos os impostos e custos da sua importa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A seguir, veja os dados essenciais para voc\u00ea emitir a nota fiscal de produto importado corretamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Dados Essenciais para a Nota Fiscal de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Nota Fiscal de importa\u00e7\u00e3o deve ter as informa\u00e7\u00f5es que a vinculam \u00e0 sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o de com\u00e9rcio exterior. A falta de um \u00fanico dado pode gerar problemas fiscais para a sua empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chave de Acesso da DI\/DUIMP:<\/strong> O seu sistema de emiss\u00e3o de Nota Fiscal deve ter um campo para voc\u00ea inserir a chave de acesso da <strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI)<\/strong> ou da <strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DUIMP)<\/strong>. Essa chave vincula a nota fiscal aos dados que foram declarados na Receita Federal para o desembara\u00e7o aduaneiro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NCM e Descri\u00e7\u00e3o do Produto:<\/strong> O c\u00f3digo <strong>NCM (Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul)<\/strong> e a descri\u00e7\u00e3o do produto devem ser os mesmos que foram usados na sua DI\/DUIMP e na sua fatura comercial. Qualquer diverg\u00eancia pode ser interpretada como um erro e gerar uma multa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valores e Custos:<\/strong> A nota fiscal deve ser emitida com o valor total da sua importa\u00e7\u00e3o, que \u00e9 a soma de todos os custos. O valor total da nota fiscal deve incluir o pre\u00e7o do produto, o frete, o seguro e todos os impostos que foram pagos na importa\u00e7\u00e3o, como o <strong>II<\/strong>, <strong>IPI<\/strong>, <strong>PIS\/COFINS<\/strong> e <strong>ICMS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CFOP:<\/strong> O <strong>CFOP (C\u00f3digo Fiscal de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es e Presta\u00e7\u00f5es)<\/strong> que voc\u00ea deve usar para a nota fiscal de importa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o 3.101 (Compra para industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o) ou o 3.102 (Compra para comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o). A escolha do CFOP depender\u00e1 da finalidade da sua importa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emissor e Destinat\u00e1rio:<\/strong> Na nota fiscal de importa\u00e7\u00e3o, a sua empresa \u00e9 o <strong>emitente<\/strong> e tamb\u00e9m o <strong>destinat\u00e1rio<\/strong>. Isso acontece porque a nota fiscal \u00e9 um documento que formaliza a entrada do produto no seu estoque.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. O C\u00e1lculo da Base de C\u00e1lculo do ICMS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O <strong>ICMS<\/strong> \u00e9 o imposto mais complexo de ser calculado e declarado na Nota Fiscal de importa\u00e7\u00e3o.
