Sem esses pap\u00e9is, a carga pode ficar retida, gerando custos de armazenagem e atrasos na opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Principais riscos do extravio<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reten\u00e7\u00e3o da carga no porto ou aeroporto<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sem os documentos originais, a transportadora ou o armador n\u00e3o libera a mercadoria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custos extras<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Armazenagem prolongada, demurrage e taxas adicionais para emiss\u00e3o de documentos substitutos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risco de fraude<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se o documento original cair em m\u00e3os erradas, h\u00e1 possibilidade de uso indevido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Muitas vezes ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio <strong>cancelar<\/strong> o documento anterior para evitar uso indevido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emitir declara\u00e7\u00e3o de perda<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Em alguns casos, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio fazer <strong>declara\u00e7\u00e3o formal<\/strong> (inclusive com reconhecimento de firma) ou <strong>boletim de ocorr\u00eancia<\/strong> para justificar a reemiss\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verificar possibilidade de Telex Release ou Express Release<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Algumas cargas podem ser liberadas eletronicamente, desde que o armador e o exportador autorizem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
