Mas h\u00e1 um detalhe que muitos esquecem: <strong>mesmo com o Incoterm definido, nem sempre todos os riscos est\u00e3o realmente cobertos<\/strong>. Essa brecha pode gerar preju\u00edzos significativos se n\u00e3o for identificada antes da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Por que isso acontece<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os Incoterms regulam at\u00e9 onde vai a <strong>responsabilidade legal e log\u00edstica<\/strong> de cada parte, mas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>N\u00e3o tratam de tudo<\/strong> \u2013 Quest\u00f5es como seguro adicional, atrasos alfandeg\u00e1rios, multas contratuais ou problemas de qualidade podem ficar de fora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nem sempre s\u00e3o claros sobre eventos imprevistos<\/strong> \u2013 Como greves, desastres naturais ou crises pol\u00edticas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Podem ser mal interpretados<\/strong> \u2013 Principalmente quando usados de forma \u201cpadr\u00e3o\u201d sem an\u00e1lise da opera\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Exemplos comuns de riscos n\u00e3o cobertos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No FOB (Free On Board)<\/strong>: se a carga sofre dano antes do embarque e n\u00e3o houver seguro contratado, o preju\u00edzo pode cair sobre quem n\u00e3o estava preparado para assumi-lo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)<\/strong>: o seguro incluso geralmente cobre apenas o valor da mercadoria, sem incluir lucro esperado ou custos extras em caso de sinistro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No DAP (Delivered At Place)<\/strong>: atrasos alfandeg\u00e1rios no pa\u00eds de destino podem gerar custos adicionais n\u00e3o previstos no contrato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
