Diferente de erros estrat\u00e9gicos, as falhas operacionais costumam ser fruto de falta de sincronia entre os envolvidos (exportador, agente de carga, despachante e importador) e s\u00e3o as principais causas de custos extras como <strong>armazenagem<\/strong> e <strong>demurrage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Diverg\u00eancia Documental (Discrepancies)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta \u00e9 a falha operacional mais comum.
