O objetivo dessa manobra \u00e9 <strong>reduzir a carga tribut\u00e1ria incidente sobre a importa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, como Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (II), IPI, PIS, COFINS e ICMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apesar de parecer vantajoso para o importador, o subfaturamento \u00e9 considerado uma <strong>fraude fiscal<\/strong> e pode resultar em <strong>multas pesadas, pena de perdimento e at\u00e9 processo criminal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como o Subfaturamento Funciona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ocorre quando a empresa declara, na <strong>fatura comercial e na Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI)<\/strong>, um valor inferior ao que realmente pagou ao fornecedor.
