Ele consiste na sa\u00edda de mercadorias nacionais ou nacionalizadas do pa\u00eds, com a suspens\u00e3o do pagamento de impostos, sob a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de que retornem ao Brasil em um prazo determinado e no mesmo estado em que foram exportadas (ou ap\u00f3s sofrerem conserto ou industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esse regime \u00e9 fundamental para opera\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o envolvem uma venda definitiva, permitindo que ativos da empresa circulem internacionalmente sem a carga tribut\u00e1ria de uma exporta\u00e7\u00e3o comum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
