Ela \u00e9 o cora\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o brasileiro, pois serve como a base de dados para o registro da <strong>DU-E (Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/strong> no Portal \u00danico Siscomex, integrando as esferas fiscal, comercial e aduaneira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diferente de uma nota fiscal de venda interna, a NF-e de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o possui caracter\u00edsticas espec\u00edficas de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o, c\u00f3digos de opera\u00e7\u00e3o (CFOP) e exig\u00eancias de preenchimento para garantir que o governo reconhe\u00e7a a opera\u00e7\u00e3o como uma venda internacional leg\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Elementos Chave da NF-e de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que uma Nota Fiscal seja aceita no processo de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o, ela deve conter informa\u00e7\u00f5es obrigat\u00f3rias que permitam o cruzamento de dados automatizado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CFOP Espec\u00edfico:<\/strong> Devem ser utilizados c\u00f3digos que iniciam com o n\u00famero <strong>7<\/strong> (ex: 7.101 ou 7.102), indicando que o destino \u00e9 o exterior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Natureza da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Deve estar clara (ex: Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias, Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria ou Remessa para forma\u00e7\u00e3o de lote).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Comprador:<\/strong> Inclui o nome, endere\u00e7o completo e o pa\u00eds do destinat\u00e1rio estrangeiro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desonera\u00e7\u00e3o de Impostos:<\/strong> A nota deve indicar a suspens\u00e3o ou imunidade de impostos (IPI, ICMS, PIS\/COFINS), geralmente mencionando os dispositivos legais nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es complementares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Integra\u00e7\u00e3o com a DU-E<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Portal \u00danico, a Nota Fiscal de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 &#8220;consumida&#8221; pelo sistema do governo. Isso significa que, ao digitar a chave de acesso da NF-e na <strong>DU-E<\/strong>, o sistema puxa automaticamente os dados de NCM, quantidade, peso e descri\u00e7\u00e3o dos itens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Ponto de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Se houver erro na NF-e (como um erro no peso ou na classifica\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal NCM), a DU-E herdar\u00e1 esse erro. Corrigir uma nota fiscal ap\u00f3s o in\u00edcio do despacho aduaneiro pode ser extremamente burocr\u00e1tico, por isso a confer\u00eancia pr\u00e9via \u00e9 vital.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Emiss\u00e3o para Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Lote<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Muitas empresas n\u00e3o exportam diretamente da f\u00e1brica para o navio. Elas enviam a carga para um recinto alfandegado (porto ou porto seco) primeiro. Nesses casos, utiliza-se a NF-e de <strong>Remessa para Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Lote<\/strong> (CFOP 5.504 ou 6.504), que depois ser\u00e1 referenciada na NF-e de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
