A retifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a ferramenta legal que permite ao exportador manter o compliance aduaneiro, garantindo que o que foi declarado ao governo corresponda exatamente ao que foi embarcado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Impacto no Compliance e Penalidades<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embora a retifica\u00e7\u00e3o seja um direito do exportador, ela deve ser feita com cautela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Autofiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Se o exportador identifica o erro e retifica antes de qualquer a\u00e7\u00e3o da Receita Federal, ele demonstra boa-f\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multas:<\/strong> Se a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o identificar um erro (como valor ou NCM incorretos) antes da retifica\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa pode sofrer multas por declara\u00e7\u00e3o inexata.
