Durante d\u00e9cadas, foi o documento eletr\u00f4nico central no antigo sistema Siscomex, sendo obrigat\u00f3rio para que qualquer venda internacional fosse validada pelo governo brasileiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do com\u00e9rcio exterior e a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>Portal \u00danico Siscomex<\/strong>, o RE foi substitu\u00eddo pela <strong>DU-E (Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/strong>. No entanto, entender o conceito do RE ainda \u00e9 fundamental para compreender a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema e para profissionais que lidam com auditorias de processos antigos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. A Fun\u00e7\u00e3o Hist\u00f3rica do RE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O Registro de Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o tinha como objetivo principal o controle estat\u00edstico e administrativo das vendas brasileiras ao exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Valida\u00e7\u00e3o Administrativa:<\/strong> Antes de embarcar a carga, o exportador precisava preencher o RE e aguardar o &#8220;Efetivado&#8221; no sistema. Se o produto exigisse licen\u00e7a de algum \u00f3rg\u00e3o (como o MAPA ou ANVISA), o RE ficava &#8220;Pendente&#8221; at\u00e9 a anu\u00eancia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Controle Cambial:<\/strong> O RE era vinculado ao contrato de c\u00e2mbio, garantindo que o valor recebido do exterior correspondesse ao valor da mercadoria exportada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Detalhadas:<\/strong> Diferente da NF-e, o RE exigia dados exaustivos, como modal de transporte, pa\u00eds de destino final, fabricante e detalhamento t\u00e9cnico da NCM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. A Transi\u00e7\u00e3o do RE para a DU-E<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A principal cr\u00edtica ao RE era a redund\u00e2ncia. O exportador precisava digitar no Siscomex quase as mesmas informa\u00e7\u00f5es que j\u00e1 constavam na Nota Fiscal e na Fatura Comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>O Que Mudou:<\/strong> No novo processo, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o registra mais um RE.
