Ele permite que uma mercadoria nacional ou nacionalizada saia do Brasil para passar por uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o, beneficiamento ou montagem no exterior, e posteriormente retorne ao pa\u00eds.
