Por que o AVP \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio no Com\u00e9rcio Exterior?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muitas vezes, ao negociar com um fornecedor estrangeiro, o pre\u00e7o do produto j\u00e1 traz consigo o &#8220;custo do dinheiro&#8221;. Se voc\u00ea compra uma m\u00e1quina para pagar em 24 meses, o valor total da fatura (valor nominal) certamente inclui uma taxa de juros impl\u00edcita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O objetivo do AVP \u00e9 separar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>O Valor do Ativo:<\/strong> O quanto a mercadoria realmente vale hoje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>O Valor Financeiro:<\/strong> O juro que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 pagando (ou recebendo) pelo prazo concedido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sem esse ajuste, a empresa estaria registrando um estoque mais caro do que ele realmente \u00e9, o que distorce o lucro bruto e os \u00edndices de endividamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Quando o ajuste \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com as normas cont\u00e1beis brasileiras, o AVP deve ser aplicado em dois cen\u00e1rios principais:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Longo Prazo:<\/strong> Ativos e passivos com vencimento ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino do exerc\u00edcio social seguinte (geralmente acima de 12 meses).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Curto Prazo:<\/strong> Quando houver um efeito relevante no balan\u00e7o. No Comex, isso \u00e9 comum em opera\u00e7\u00f5es com taxas de juros embutidas muito discrepantes do mercado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A diferen\u00e7a entre o Valor Futuro e o Valor Presente \u00e9 lan\u00e7ada em uma conta redutora no Ativo ou Passivo e \u00e9 apropriada como <strong>Receita ou Despesa Financeira<\/strong> ao longo do tempo (regime de compet\u00eancia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Impacto Pr\u00e1tico na Importa\u00e7\u00e3o e Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><td><strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Objeto do Ajuste<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Impacto no Balan\u00e7o<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Importa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/td><td>Contas a Pagar (Passivo)<\/td><td>Reduz o saldo da d\u00edvida inicial e ajusta o custo do estoque.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Exporta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/td><td>Contas a Receber (Ativo)<\/td><td>Reduz o valor da receita bruta inicial, reconhecendo o juro mensalmente.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemplo R\u00e1pido:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se voc\u00ea exporta <strong>$ 100.000<\/strong> para receber daqui a dois anos, e a taxa de mercado \u00e9 de 10% ao ano, o valor que voc\u00ea deve registrar como receita de venda hoje \u00e9 apenas o valor presente desse montante (aproximadamente <strong>$ 82.644<\/strong>). Os outros <strong>$ 17.356<\/strong> ser\u00e3o reconhecidos como &#8220;Receita Financeira&#8221; conforme o tempo passar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. AVP vs. Varia\u00e7\u00e3o Cambial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 importante n\u00e3o confundir os dois.
