Frete a Pagar (Freight Collect)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste caso, o <strong>importador (comprador)<\/strong> \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por pagar o frete no destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Incoterms T\u00edpicos:<\/strong> <strong>EXW (Ex Works)<\/strong>, <strong>FCA (Free Carrier)<\/strong>, <strong>FAS (Free Alongside Ship)<\/strong>, <strong>FOB (Free On Board)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Freight Payable At&#8221;:<\/strong> Geralmente ser\u00e1 o <strong>local de desembarque<\/strong> (porto ou aeroporto de destino) ou o <strong>pa\u00eds do importador<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Exemplo no BL:<\/em> &#8220;Freight Payable At: Santos, Brazil&#8221; ou &#8220;Freight Collect At: Port of Discharge&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Declara\u00e7\u00e3o na Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o &#8220;Freight Payable At&#8221; deve estar clara e consistente em todos os documentos log\u00edsticos e comerciais:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conhecimento de Embarque (BL\/AWB):<\/strong> Este \u00e9 o documento principal onde o &#8220;Freight Payable At&#8221; \u00e9 explicitamente declarado. Ele tamb\u00e9m indicar\u00e1 se o frete \u00e9 &#8220;Prepaid&#8221; ou &#8220;Collect&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fatura Comercial (Commercial Invoice):<\/strong> A Fatura Comercial deve refletir o Incoterm negociado, que, por sua vez, indica quem \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo frete. Se o frete for a pagar, o valor pode ser discriminado na fatura com a observa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;Freight Collect&#8221; ou &#8220;Payable at Destination&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI\/DUIMP):<\/strong> No Brasil, o valor do frete internacional (seja ele pr\u00e9-pago ou a pagar) \u00e9 sempre inclu\u00eddo no <strong>Valor Aduaneiro<\/strong>, a base de c\u00e1lculo dos impostos. A Receita Federal exige que o valor do frete internacional seja declarado na DI\/DUIMP, independentemente de quem o pagou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemplo em um BL:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voc\u00ea pode encontrar no BL uma se\u00e7\u00e3o como esta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>FREIGHT AND CHARGES:  COLLECT\nFREIGHT PAYABLE AT:  SANTOS, BRAZIL<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>FREIGHT AND CHARGES:  PREPAID\nFREIGHT PAYABLE AT:  SHANGHAI, CHINA<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuidados Essenciais:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Consist\u00eancia:<\/strong> Garanta que o &#8220;Freight Payable At&#8221; e o tipo de frete (Prepaid\/Collect) no Conhecimento de Embarque sejam 100% consistentes com o Incoterm negociado na Fatura Comercial.
